Online Coaching
Online coaching is not just for adults! We have supported hundreds of young people over the years to improve their wellbeing! Particularly during COVID 19 pandemic. The loss of personal connection was greatly missed by lots of young people, therefore being readily available for them to talk about how they were feeling and to support them to exercise at home, supported many young people to manage their mental and physical health.

You have full time access to a coach, with expert guidance accordioning to your health, fitness and wellbeing goals. We will support you and your child with all your fitness goals, to make positive food choices, recipe cards to encourage cooking at home, build better habits, such as completing homework on time, cooking with parents and daily reflections. We will support your child to set achievable goals and you will have regular contact with your coach to support you to overcome any barriers. This is all accessible through our app, at the click of your finger.
We encourage teens to count their nutrients, not their calories! During the weekly check in we will talk to them about foods which will help them to thrive and feel great.r
